The course entails:
- 7 weeks of 2-hour group sessions weekly (17h30 to 19h30)
- You will be coached in becoming a non-smoker.
- Guaranteed no withdrawal
- Smoke until Week 5
- Cost: R2,500 or a R500 Activation fee - Discovery Vitality members
